Regions
Pavanae (pronounced Pavanay)= roling grasslands, dotted with frequent hamlets.Best weather on Erth but theland is not the most fertile, and travelers are plagued by Grassraiders in the grasstree forests

Halcyon (pronounced Halsyon)= sun-kissed lands rich in earthborn resurces, but lacking in water

Termius (pronounced termeeyus)=a rugged and nountainous region where little grows. Caves of the Wasted Mountains, once the tallest on Erth, now a crumbled death-trap, are reputedly rich with precious stones.

The Wirren=(pronounced Wirruhn)a desolate place of shifting swamps and snow-laden bleakness in winter

The Aways= areas of tumultuous weather that travellers shy away from, there are four such places

The Desert Storm= a perpetual eclipse level hurricane churning up the Fallout Desert

Hell's furnace= a scorched area of land where nothing lives, site of the last great resolution, the failed magical effort to save the world

The Icelands= treacherous sheets of perma-ice over yawning canyons in the earth where efforts to reach the core for energy began and ended

The Fracture= a huge rift in the surface of Erth where the alien civilization of Cha'klith lies,a plasce of ill omen from which no one has returned

Brief history/background:
Krake is the eldest of three children belonging to Ruda and Elin Tion. When Krake was 13 their small village of Lalth was raided by Skawang raiders. They took his mother captive, and she has not been seen since, presumed dead. Ruda was killed for resisting.

Krake supports his family by scavenging the caves that pepper the Wasted Mountains for the glasstones found near the surface, tradng them in the windswept market of Zephyron for food, medicine, and clothes.
