Taylor (taylorjaylene) | 4557 comments I love the idea of this topic (as I too have those days), but have moved it to the "General" section.

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) wait, can we still post on it?

message 9: by Taylor (new)

Taylor (taylorjaylene) | 4557 comments Of course!!! I just thought it would be better here than in "Entertainment".

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) okay, that makes lots of sense! heehee... blonde moment

Jaiden♥ (helloimjaiden) | 301 comments I'm so annoyed with my friend right now! x( It's not really a big deal, in fact it's pretty stupid, but I can't help it.

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

message 17: by Jaiden♥ (new)

Jaiden♥ (helloimjaiden) | 301 comments It's just...ugh, it's a really stupid thing to get mad over!

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) What is it? If you don't mind my asking?

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) I am half blonde, half red... Like real hair color red, not dye... Anymore

message 20: by Rose (new)

Rose (rose_b) | 330 comments grr one of my friends used to be really popular but then she decided to hang out with me and my other 2 friends, but now she is ignoring us and hanging out with the popular people again!

message 21: by Jaiden♥ (new)

Jaiden♥ (helloimjaiden) | 301 comments Cissi wrote: "What is it? If you don't mind my asking?"

Oh, her and my other friend went to this amusement park and they didn't tell the rest of us, so then I looked at her profile and she had a bunch of pictures of them and I was just like, "Why didn't you tell me you went to Knott's Berry Farm with her?"

message 22: by Taylor (new)

Taylor (taylorjaylene) | 4557 comments Noelle: I can relate to you in the sense that you hold back. I've developed a reputation, and it's a good one. I want to keep it that way. So when I would LOVE to speak my mind and yell at someone, I have to keep it to myself. It's unfortunate, really, because sometimes you really do need to say what you think about people so you don't completely explode.

message 23: by Jaiden♥ (new)

Jaiden♥ (helloimjaiden) | 301 comments Haha, I speak my mind all the time. I tell the kid in front of me when he's being annoying, and that he should shut up. x) Yeah, I come across as mean, but it's bound to come out eventually. And I don't want to absolutely blow up on that day.

Don't you hate it when that happens?

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) Noelle, i totally get what you are saying... i feel the same way, and i can't stand it!

message 26: by Rebekah Faith (new)

Rebekah Faith (musicalradiance) | 6788 comments I'm glad this topic was created. It's a good thing for all of us.

I am like, so overwhelmed right now.....I started a new school like a month and a half ago (high school), but it's the one that my friends from elementary and Middle School don't go to....I'm just having a heck of a time trying to find a group of people that I fit in with who are in my same class (this school is extremely small- it's 7-12 and has about 200 kids) and I'm just like, p'oed and it sucks. The rest of the freshmen seem to not want anything to do with me, but some of the sophomores and 8th graders are completely fine! UGH! And it doesn't help that I seem my BFF once a year( this year twice) b/c she lives several states away so I can't talk with her face to face and I don't have a cell right now to be able to call her. UGH!

Hey, yes, good topic. I had one of those days today.

BTW: I am in Paris at the moment, and I have a free 10 minutes whilst parents eat in the hotel room.

Just going to introduce my self a bit first, I am a 14 year old girl who lives in Adelaide, Australia and am turning 15 in a few months.
I look forward to chatting/commenting here in a few weeks when I get back.

message 28: by Taylor (new)

Taylor (taylorjaylene) | 4557 comments I went through something similar a few years back, Rae. The best advice I can give you (and this is from personal experience) is to not latch on (for lack of a better term) to the first person/group you find something in common with. It'll be yucky for a while, but talk to everyone, take things in, and pretty soon you'll make new friends.

Not to mention that high school is a wonderful time, and you should make the most of it whenever you can.

message 29: by Taylor (new)

Taylor (taylorjaylene) | 4557 comments Good idea on the introduction, Booklover.

I'm a 16-year-old girl who lives in the Southwestern United States. I'm a junior in high school and will be turning 17 in January.

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) yeah, it is pretty bad, and yeah, i do wish that i can start over sometimes.

I'll introduce myself, too...
I'm Cissi, 13 years old, live in south florida. i play many, many instruments, so many that i have lost count, including saxophone, piano, violin, cello, and much more. i like to sing. like noelle, i have isues with expressing my emotions and people... i really hate people... so akward and stuff, ya know? well, in real life. you guys and every one else on here is easy to talk to and i enjoy talking to you, but in real life?... *shudders at the thought*. i am kind of goht/emo/sporty/odd... let's just call it... gemosporoddtastical, shall we? i write poetry and stuff, hang out with a lot of guys, just because they are generally niceer than girls, and have two best friends, campbell and sarah. campbell shares my mind.... and now, i have pretty much given way more than was/ever will be necessary, and am rambling on and on, wasting your and my time... yeah.

Jordan (flyinglogicmonkey) | 2426 comments Interesting. Well, citizen of Pluto...is Pluto a planet? :)

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) yeah, in my mind, it is... well, i live in my own little world, so it's all good

message 33: by Taylor (new)

Taylor (taylorjaylene) | 4557 comments Every single one of my friends has had at least one boyfriend or girlfriend (we're the same age), and I haven't. And I'm ok with that, but sometimes I feel a little left out cuz they're always talking about dating and I have no input. Plus I'm at an age where I think it would be nice to have a guy who cared about me and who I cared about too. I think dating that early is a bit ridiculous, though -- you can't really go anywhere together, and for the most part, neither of the people involved have the money to do anything anyways.

Noelle: You said something about wanting a new start? It's possible. It really is. For me, starting high school was my fresh start, my do-over, my self-examination. And I've become a better person since then, I think. And it's a refreshing feeling once you realize how far you've come.

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) heehee.... great answer, mi amiga, great answer

message 35: by Taylor (new)

Taylor (taylorjaylene) | 4557 comments To what???

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) to wether pluto is a planet or not

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) i kind of want a boyfriend, but i want one that will give me freedom... well, any boy would, or they wouldn't be my boyfriend, because i refuse to be told what i can and cannot do by anyone, much less my boyfriend... and i need someone who actually, genuinely likes to be around me and vice versa, and doesn't see me as just someone to date just because, or to be used as a tool. not something that i will stand for. and not many guys, at my age, are like that. the majority of guys and girls in my class are serial daters, and if they aren't, they don't date at all. it's all extremities, but never in the middle

message 38: by Taylor (new)

Taylor (taylorjaylene) | 4557 comments I know what you mean (about everything you said, actually). My problem is that a lot of the guys at my school are jerks. The ones who aren't are my friends. This causes problems.

One of my guy friends (who has kind of turned into a jerk recently) asked me out last year, but recovered from my rejection pretty quickly -- since then I've come to the realization that (for the most part) he only wants a girlfriend to be able to say he has a girlfriend.

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) yeah, exaactly. even the ones that are my friends, well, some of them are jerks, too. there are a few guys that i will not name for the purpose of if my friends happen to see this, and i like them a lot, but one is a definite serial dater, one is a heartbreaker, and another is a nice but somehow totally annoying and super clingy dude. i like them, but i don't, ya know? and the serial dater is, sadly, my favorite pick. i just don't wanna get my heart hurt over something so dumb and trivial, you know? and i still have a long time. a few people have asked me out, but, as you said, they just want a girlfriend so that they can flaunt it, and they don't really like you. it drives me up the wall, so aggravating... *sigh*... and boys say that WE'RE complicated! URGH!

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) i know, right!!!

message 41: by Taylor (new)

Taylor (taylorjaylene) | 4557 comments Cissi: That is like my motto when it comes to guys: "And they say WE'RE complicated!!!"

I had a lot more crushes when I was younger and guys weren't as jerky as they are now. Last night at the football game, my friend was telling me about this guy she was talking to who was telling his brother that girls liked it when guys were jerks to them. And she told him, "I'M a girl. And we DON'T like that." If that's what they think... They need to watch Pride and Prejudice, or 10 Things I Hate About You.

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) yeah, a bit... but it is amusing to listen to their conversations... they are kind of dumb and really funny.

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) they need to get a grip... NO, we DON'T like guys that are JERKS!!! we think that they need to GET A FREAKIN LIFE ALREADY and MOVE ON. they need to grow up!!! not just be dumb for all of their lives!!

that would be amazing if we had one of those.... currently, i am stuck with that job. if a guy goes too far, i tell them off of beat them up. stuff like that kind of thing that Randall does. yeah, that is me right now. now, if we had a guy to do that, it would be even MORE effective, but everyone fears me, admires me, whatever you want to call it, so it's all good, and pretty effective!

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) nice... lol... any guy or girl, anyone, who messes with me... let's just say they will never mess with me again. and they get hurt... badly...

I'll never be able to have a fresh start in high school! I will just be the same people plus some others.

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) yeah, same here. i live in a VERY small town, which i love, but everyone i know is either going to THIS highschool or THAT highschool, and the majority are THIS highschool. which is where i'm going.

Cissi "Invisible but Invincible" (cissiinvisiblebutinvincible) haha... mine, too. you'd be surprised at how many druggies, gangers, and other kinds of people we have in our tiny town!
