Kylie | 62 comments So I've noticed several people mentioning the Shifters series on here, just wondering if anyone is excited for next Friday. I'm team Jace, btw; but I'm pretty sure Faythe is going to choose Marc. Personally, I think he's an overbearing jerk, and I think if she really wanted to marry him she would have done it already. Anyway...the series is fantastic. I just hate all the dealth. And *spoiler* someone important is going to die in Alpha--already have my tissues ready. Anyone have any guesses who it's going to be?

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) I'm excited but I'm waiting for B&N to release the pre-order for Nook already...

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) I like Jace better too, but we are definitely in the minority. No clue who's going to die. I don't want to see another family member go! Well, unless it's the jerky brother risking his life to prove he still cares, then it's okay. :p

Kylie | 62 comments Yeah but do you think it's a possibility that her father is going to be the one to go, I mean the book is titled Alpha, and we pretty much get the sense the Faythe will be promoted to Alpha in the book, so we just have to ask why. Her father dying would be a really good why.

Jesse (Jessep) | 119 comments Yeah, I think the traitor brother should die. I don't want any more tragedy...it's already going to be tragic enough when she has to chose between Marc and Jace. I'm wondering though if it won't be her Dad because it's been set up for her to take over the Pride...just hope her Dad gets to retire and he doesn't have to die for her to have to step into his shoes. I see what you ladies see in Jace and I desperatley want him to be a focus of the spin-off series and find his HEA, but I am team Marc when it comes to Faythe. I just think he and Faythe compliment each other, but I would be a shoulder for Jace to cry on! hehehe. I am sooo excited for this release! I'll be out of the country when it comes out, but better believe I'll be picking it up as soon as I get back! I can't believe we will finally have resolution. As sad as I am to see the series end, I am looking forward to seeing what happens and what she does with the spin-off.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) That is true. I figured he was going to retire, but it would make sense if she was thrown into the job because of his death.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) I was just able to pre-order Alpha for Nook, so it must have been freed up within the past 24 hours.

It was under search : Alpha Rachel Vincent

Dija I agree with everything you said, Jesse. I'm Team Marc, but I definitely see Jace's appeal and I really, really hope Faythe's dad isn't the one to die. It could be Faythe's mom too, who knows? Ugh, but I would hate for it to be either of Faythe's parents, they're so awesome! Guess I'll just have to distract myself by reading other books while waiting for Alpha, which is what I've been doing for the past six months.

Kylie | 62 comments Hey in case anyone didn't know, Alpha has already been released in bookstores. I just finished it. It was great! Y'all go get a copy.

True Love Forever (trueloveforever) | 102 comments What? I thought it came out in December?

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) It was released early for the bookstores. It's not showing up on the ereaders until October 1st.
