untitled books that never get titles

I work on the untitled books sometimes and am always finding some that never seem to have acquired a title, at least not under the original ISBN. Anyone have any tips on dealing with these?

If they were really never published under that ISBN, then they qualify as NABs.

Okay. Is that fairly common? I'm surprised by how many there are.
