I just saw the last Harry Potter film. Ever.
Most amazing thing...Ive never heard an entire cinema cry as one before tonight. It was fantastic. Not the best of the films, though right up there. I cried three times :(

We went to look at the angry ocean today, after days of wild weather...everyone has been talking about the massive waves, and the brave (read silly) surfers riding them....





I took 17 photos, these are two of the best, even though the whole lot are totally awesome!!! Mother Nature at her finest!!

Weather overal has been an utter nightmare here. And I've been out to some surf spots reccently my mouth was opened the whole time I was there..lol Some real damage has been done by the massive waves we're getting all over here. Local beach looked like it took a pounding. The waves have been so strong they've been coming out onto the streets in various parts of Tassie and destroying (or trying to) bring down the rocks that are blocking the sea out from peoples homes. Really amazing to see.

That's terrible Laura...the sea certainly does a lot of damage when it gets so angry!! Hope houses are ok there...we have lots of cliffs to protect our houses..

Lots of damage happening with the wild weather, that's for sure...couple of weeks ago a massive amount of sand collapsed into the sea at the gold coast from wave erosion!! It's happening everywhere, I'm afraid..

ok so Im going to rant my harry potter story
so I worked all last night so I could go to the mid night session, work up early this morning to go the the very first session....half way through the add the movie breaks down so they have to refund out tickets...refusing to wait another day to see I think I might have speed a Little bit to the other side of the Coast to get the next session that was starting in half an hour...got there...it was in 3D! I hate 3d but I put up with it paid the extra $4 it costs over a normal movie.
After all the petrol and money wasted

IT WAS SO WORTH IT!
