I hope I don't sound too vain... but I am 4 kgs away from my pre-pregnancy weight and I have desperately tried to lose those last few kgs! I have tried a few diets, but buckled under pressure and the need to maintain my milk supply. And now that winter is here, I find myself snacking on a regular basis to keep myself warm (a muffin here and there).

Next week I will try a new tactic to stop my snacking - I am going to call it the Book Diet. Four muffins roughly equals one Kindle book, so I am going to tell myself that if I can hold it out until Friday, I earn myself a book! Let's see how that goes...

Yes well they should be. Why weren't our virus checks up to date? When I rang the guy he was in the middle of cleaning the same virus off someone elses machine. I wasn't trying to download anything I simply did a googled to find out how to spell something. Obviously not a safe thing to do.

Google are going to find them selves in a bit of bother you would imagine. I have been in discussions with people who simply refuse to google now. After this there will probably be a crack down at work about googling. I am not keen to repeat the processing. It is very embarrassing. It felt Like I got caught with my hand in the biscuit tin. (wanted to say cookie jar).

"Dhitri" - A friend of mine quit smoking using the same system. She put an expensive watch on lay-by and every time she would normally have bought a pack of ciggies she went and paid an instalment on the watch instead.

Good luck. I wouldn't worry too much though - by the time your baby is moving, e.g. crawling then walking - you'll be getting a lot of exercise!
