Isla (onlywordsandpages) | 3 comments I read physical books mostly. I'm a big fan of how tactile physical books are. For me the soft scrape of a turning page, and having the weight of the book in your hands is all part of the experience of reading, and it's what I miss most when reading a book on my phone or tablet. I realise though that it's not always practical you carry a book around with you though, so having something to read on your phone is great for those situations.

Kayla (kaylaneson) Physical books mostly because if there's a screen in front of me, I can't focus on the page and start to look at other things on the internet. Physical pages help me focus, are easier on my eyes, and it's nice to have a book in my hand.

I have used e-books for classes when it was cheaper but I didn't enjoy it.

Idit I usually juggle 3 books -
- A printed book from the too many that are in our house - which is mainly for when I'm home and it's quiet and tidy
- One on the phone (I use kindle, kobo, Marvin or Google Play Book apps) for when I read in the dark, or when I'm out
- Audiobooks are for cleaning, walking and doing some parts of my work that don't ask for much thinking.

But to be honest most of my reading is done on my phone

Sheri Sosko | 1 comments I agree with most of you, I strongly prefer a physical book, e- books seem... I don’t know? Impersonal? Sterile? It’s just not the same. But most of all I love browsing book stores, finding little gems hidden among the shelves. If we don’t support the purchase of physical books more will disappear.

Cindy Real books! Definitely!

Rosalynn D | 33 comments For the most part I prefer actual books. If I am traveling I resort to my iPad.

Lisette (illusie) | 3233 comments I prefer ebooks. It's cheaper and easy for travel.
Also, library books can be pretty disgusting at times... so a ebook from the library is much better.

Monique Bolden (MoniqueTheBookLover) | 1 comments I read hard back and paper books. I feel that if your reading a book that makes you mad and you accidentally throw it, you won't have to worry about the book breaking.

Muyina Unlike the rest, I prefer physical books when travelling (daily) and ebooks at home. I find the first kind easier to manipulate on my usual trips, while ebooks are great for reading at night.
