Curt Taylor (meegeek) | 107 comments Just finished Best Served Coldand started on A Game of Thrones(via Kindle) the other night. This is my first foray into George R.R. Martin. Slogging through lots of character development in the first book and have to say I am enjoying it. Also started on a Richard Dawkins, book The Greatest Show on Earth: The Evidence for Evolution.

Alfredo | 62 comments I finished Zero History last week (loved it). I am reading the Robert A. Heinlein: Volume 1 (1907-1949): Learning Curve (meh, so far). I am planning on rereading William Gibson's Bigend trilogy (Pattern Recognition, Spook Country, Zero History).

Skip | 517 comments Alfredo, I just finished Zero History too, and loved it as well. I'd like to do a reread of the three Bigend books, but I want to do The Way of Kings before most likely doing a WOT reread in anticipation of Towers of Midnight.

Aaron, the Lost Fleet series is really good and they are all available on Audible as audiobooks with introductions by the author. Another similar series which is really good is the Daniel Leary series by David Drake....really entertaining.

Dave Metzener (vesperdem) I am currently reading The Rowan by Anne McCaffrey. After I finish that book, I'll be starting on Nine Princes in Amber by Roger Zelazny.

I have read both series before, but there is something about both that I really enjoy reading.

Plus, the way that Roger Zelazny introduces the main character in the series to his readers is pure genius!
