Using Nook overseas?

I'm an American in the South Pacific right now. I tried to download an ebook on the Barnes and Noble website from my computer and it wouldn't go through (I got a message saying I needed to physically be in the US or Canada). However, I have still been able to download books from my local library's website and put them on my Nook. You could probably buy books from other popular ebook sites that don't have the same restrictions and sideload the content onto your Nook.

No problem! I mean my library in the States, for which I have a library card for. I would think it would work for any of them, since it works for mine!
