Same books anthologies

I came across these two anthologies:

This first link takes you to a kindle edition that amazon says doesn't exist. (I used the asin #)

The second book is The Care & Feeding of Demons: Both links take you to valid editions of the book. The first is ebook and paperback and the second is the kindle and I could not combine. Amazon only sells the Kindle version.

Tara, in both cases you need to use the up-down arrows beside the author listings on the edit page to make sure that the editor is listed in the first author position. Books can only be combined if the first author is the same.
