Hi! My name is Katariina and I joined this group many months ago, but I haven't introduced myself. I started reading harlequins when I was 12/13 years old. Our family friend's daughter, who was couple years older than I, borrowed them to me. Then I stopped reading them when I was about 15 years old. Many, many, many years went by and I started reading them again about 5 years ago. I went to fleamarket (right word?) and found there one older harlequin. It possibly was Bethany Campbell's book. I felt so nostalgic so I bought it. And that was it! My favourite writers are Miranda Lee, Jessica Hart, Bethany Campbell and Natalie Anderson. And sorry if my grammar isn't correct. I am from Finland and english isn't obviously my first language. Recently I have read my harlequins in english so that I can learn the language.I would like to have new friends from this group so that I can compare books, read reviews from you, etc. I would love that! Be free to ask me.
Hi Katrina and welcome to our fantastic group! We are all Harlequin/ romance addicts here so you will fit right in!

Hello! I started reading HP's in middle school. It's what got me involved in reading. I'm using the Scribd service and there are so many HP's available, it's overwhelming and I'm hoping this group will guide me to some great reads.
Welcome to the group Basil! I am sure the group will steer you to many great reads :)Just mention which authors you have enjoyed so far and let the reading begin!
Hi Basil and welcome! We always have lots of fun here. Sorry I can't help you with your question but I'm sure someone will hop online at some point and do so.

I stumbled upon this group & decided to join. I used to sneak my mom & aunt's HPs & secretly read them when I was a teen & that's how my obsession started. Since then, though I've grown to love other Harlequin series as well like Blaze, Desire, Intrigue and romantic suspense. I'm an addict but I'm not so sure it's a bad thing :)

Hi, all.My name is KC. Like many of you I also have an addiction to Harlequin Presents. I read my first Presents at 12, stopped reading romance about 15 years ago and just recently rediscovered my love for the genre and HPs. My choice of "drug" includes the great Penny Jordan (my favorite) and wonderful writers like Lynne Graham, Charlotte Lamb, Michelle Reid, Emma Darcy, Sarah Morgan, Yvonne Whittal, etc.
Looking forward to discovering to new authors and sharing opinions and the like!

I am a book addict can't help myself. My favourite author is Lynne Graham. I also like Joss Wood. I like series books
Hello! I've been reading HP since forever. I usually rented the books in the book rental with my best friend. But, then I didn't read much of them although I wanted to because sometimes I get embarrassed by the cover, you known, all those scantily clad people in compromising positions (blush)... And there were only translated version available (I'm Indonesian), so sometimes instead of reading the story I was just wrinkling my forehead because of the awkward translation.
But thanks to ebook, now I can read HP books in English to my heart's content...
I also like historical romance (especially regency), thriller, crime... well almost anything really...
Just wanna say hi to everyone. Hi, everyone!

Hi, I just joined the group. My grandmother used to read these Harlequin Super Romance and Harlequin Presents books by the boxful when I was growing up. I started getting interested in them in my teens and 20s and then we started trading books. She passed away 3 years ago at the age of 97, sadly. I recognize many of the authors names on the group listing, its amazing the things that stand out in my ever fading memory!
