Bad Apple, A Cletus Parr Mystery is the current book, replacing Big Apple: A Cletus Parr Mystery (publication discontinued)

Also has a new Kindle title, Masterson

I combined the newer versions with the older. We don't delete old editions; people want to have the edition they read on their shelves.

Thanks, rivka.

That makes sense about the edition.

Will the Kindle Masterson cover show up once it's combined?

Oh something else I noticed.
Voices of the Civil Warand Witness to Gettysburg aren't by the same Richard Wheeler (no S.).
Those titles were written by the OTHER Richard Wheeler (sans S) Richard Wheeler, and page two of his "books by..." has a bunch of Richard S. Wheeler titles mixed in.

If it's a western or western-historical, it's Richard S. Wheeler. WWII, Civil War and other war stories are not.
I think there's a third Richard Wheeler, too, who writes nonfiction about computers and such. I saw titles on the Richard Wheeler page.

Several Richard S. Wheeler (westerns) books don't have the S. in the author name. Those were published by backinprint That's probably some of the problem.

Does Richard S. Wheeler have to request these changes himself, to get the other Wheeler books off his page?
Let me know and I'll tell him that I couldn't do it for him.

Somehow, all the books now have Richard S. Wheeler as the author--even the ones by Richard Wheeler (the civil war stuff). Needs to be corrected.

Paula (paulaan) | 7014 comments I think I got them all

Please check at this link ( to allow for caching) and post the ones that are still incorrect if there are any

It appears that they imported like that - there where no librarian changes to them, although the ones I checked on Barnes and Noble had Richard Wheeler as the author.

Also in future please provide author link and if you know which books do not belong to the author links for those as it makes separating quicker and easier

Not sure this was for me or a librarian, but I checked the page. (great job, by the way, with all those titles!)

Books to be deleted: The Children of Darkness and
Pagans in the pulpit

Also, there's a Kindle edition of Buffalo Commons that went live on Friday.

THANK YOU!
