Question about a book

I received a copy of from Sandra herself. I did not see the edition that I received anywhere on goodreads. So, I tried to add this edition. When I hit create book I got this message

1 error prohibited this book from being saved
There were problems with the following fields:

Isbn is taken by an existing book with the title "Best Kept Secrets". Search for 0446353930 in the header to view it. If you believe this is an error please double-check your data, then check the Goodreads Librarians group. ISBNs are optional so you can also add this book without an ISBN.

Now I see that the edition that I included above (link) has the same ISBN. The cover, the publisher name, and date are different from the edition that I have in my hands right now. Should I edit this?

No, please don't. Instead create an alternate cover edition.

So I am adding an alternate cover edition. the cover is shown in another edition, but it is a different language! Can I just upload my own photo?
