message 108: by Tamara (new)

Tamara Lane | 3 comments It's a toss up between Whitney My Love and Perfect. But I've loved everything McNaught has written and I've been waiting not so patiently for her next publication.

message 109: by Rosie (new)

Rosie Walker | 25 comments Well I am waiting for and sequel to "Every Breath I take" please please.....

message 110: by Howraa (new)

Howraa Amen-bazzi | 3 comments All of Judith's books are amazing. Each and every one. And I feel weird just having to pick one. My first JM I read was "kingdom of dreams" which I have read many times. It's number 1 bc it introduced me to the JM world. But..... "Once and Always" ahhhh that story holds a special place In my heart.

Kay ✾◕ ‿ ◕✾ (kaytheserialreader) | 2 comments Howraa wrote: ""Once and Always" ahhhh that story holds a special place In my heart"

Once and Always is one of my favorites too, Howraa. Jason Fielding's childhood and how he was betrayed by his first wife made me cry. A Kingdom of Dreams used to be my #1 favorite after reading it in high school but it changed after I reread all of JM's novels last year. Royce was a little cruel to Jennifer. As for JMs contemporary romances, Paradise takes the #1 spot.

Sagal Hussein (amazballs) | 1 comments My absolut favorite is Something Wonderful. That story was really moving had me emotional through the whole book. I love the scene where the book title is mentioned amazing!
Something Wonderful (Sequels, #2) by Judith McNaught

message 113: by Mara (new)

Mara Pemberton (marapem) I know the plot of PERFECT was a bit far fetched, but this is one of my favorite Judith McNaught books. I had the best laugh towards the end of the book where they are playing softball before Julie and Zach's wedding. I had tears rolling down my cheeks from laughing so hard when Julie taunted Zach, because they were not having sex before the wedding.

message 114: by Rosie (new)

Rosie Walker | 25 comments Everyone keep talking about their favorite what I want to know is has Judith McNaught wrote any new books

message 115: by Howraa (new)

Howraa Amen-bazzi | 3 comments Judith hasn't written any new books. There was a rumor that she was writing a contemporary about a westmoreland. I really hope she comes out with something new. Nothing out now remotely compares to her writing. #PatientlyWaitingEnd:

message 123: by Jackie (new)

message 124: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (jackieolivia) | 10 comments :) I read it in May Karin. I didn't realise it was time travel and don't usually read those types but I quite enjoyed it. If you like historical romance, you tried Julie Garwood?

message 125: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (jackieolivia) | 10 comments Well I started reading Julie Garwood in April and finished 7 books of hers back to back. Start with The Secret, The Bride, The Gift, .. She's funny and her story lines are good.

message 126: by Annette (new)

Annette (annettena) | 7 comments Any of the early Julie Garwood books might be books you would enjoy. Her hero and heroine are always bright and witty and funny. Her plots are generally interesting too. Jackie, I know how you feel reading her books back to back. When I need a pick-me-up, I will go read The Bride, or The Secret, one of those era books.

message 136: by Dawn (new)

Dawn | 9 comments 2000. I would have to go dig it out, but it was re-done to add a lead in for one of the subsequent books in the Westmoreland series. The rape scene was changed as a demand by the publisher Simon and Schuster to allow the re-release.
