Every one, I never know where I will want to post a stupid comment.
Sooner or later I read all the threads...usually within a day or two. Even the rugby one. I don't post in them all, though.
FOMS???I'm somewhere in the middle. I try to read all of them at least once... first. And if it doesn't catch my attention early on, I'll click as read even when I don't read it so that stupid red flag will GO AWAY.
i read most of the threads. if a monster thread appears overnight i skim it. most sports threads i open and close without reading.
I try to keep up with all the threads, except the sports ones cuz I wouldn't know what I was talking about if I posted on those. But I don't post on all of them, sometimes I just don't have anything to say, other times I just won't shut up.
First, I don't know how some of you get ANY work done because there are posts all day :D I read and jump in wherever. I always read the sports because I just love sports and I get tired of discussing with the same guys at work everyday. After 15 years we all pretty much know where we stand. Love me some pop culture and water cooler topics, as well as RA's thought provoking question of the day. I think it is ironic (and refreshing) that there is not much book discussion. Some of the book centered groups are kind of snooty.

I don't open threads that don't interest me. I enjoy pop culture too and "water cooler" topics. I am in the Comfort Reads group too and enjoy the "Daily Chat" thread.
But TC has words inside too, big words, small words, even some foreign words. And it's interactive! Plus there are current events, product reviews/recommendations, spelling and grammar lessons, and pictures of body parts! Who needs to talk about books when there's all that?

Is that your style? Or do you try to read them all?
