John Tesh! Should we just admit he's the greatest musician who ever lived?

All the great musicians resemble Aslan.

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments re. 2820: I don't know who that guy is, but he stole my late 1980s hairstyle.

message 2481: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11841 comments Baby Zay (now three months) has RSV. Yesterday he got his sinuses sucked clean. Poor little guy is coughing and sneezing. He's miserable. His mom has the flu bug, too, and it's hitting her hard. Mrs. Phil was at their house helping out for several hours yesterday and will be there again tonight.

In other news, my son and I got flu shots yesterday.

message 2482: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Bad stuff! Take care!

message 2483: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments Oh, poor baby. Dr. Cynthia sees babies every winter with RSV. Scary.

But they generally come out okay, right? Right?

message 2485: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments Oh, yes! They are fine, sometimes they need a couple of nights in the hospital, though.

message 2486: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11841 comments ::breathes again::

message 2487: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments 95% of children test seropositive for RSV by the age of two. It is highly contagious.

Give baby Zay lots of cuddles from me. Poor little guy!

message 2488: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11841 comments Will do. Thanks.

message 2489: by Félix (new)

Get well soon, BZ. I hope Mrs. Phil has her flu shot too...

message 2492: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11841 comments Yes, she had her shot a few weeks ago. Thanks, everyone.

message 2493: by [deleted user] (new)

Sending a few warm rays of sunshine from the south to the Phil family. It's heart wrenching when babies are sick. ((hugs))

message 2494: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11841 comments Thanks, Gail. I just found out I get to be on baby duty all night. Everyone else is tuckered out. Big sigh.

message 2495: by [deleted user] (new)

You are a fantastic Grandpa Phil. I hope he recovers soon.

message 2496: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments You truly are, Phil!

::whispers to self::

I wish little's Grandpas were more like Phil.

message 2497: by Lobstergirl, el principe (new)

Lobstergirl | 24788 comments Mod
Well, Phil is an extraordinarily young Grandpa don't forget. He probably has more energy than 97.4% of all Grandpas.

message 2498: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Sure. I will give him that but my Dad is six months younger than my mom and she is the one crawling on the floor playing with little, tickling him and letting him walk her all over the place (he grabs a hand and takes you on a tour).

Some grandparents are just more involved.
