Did anyone see a funky DeLorean yesterday?

That's a myth. It was very clearly 2015 in the film.

message 2204: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Really? You remember this?

Yes, I was a kid of the 80s. But Sweeter is a fanatic for debunking a good urban legend.

I drove 30+ miles on a winding, dirt, at times very steep and heavily graded one-lane bridged and one-lane tunneled road through an area called Phantom Canyon. This was in our attempt to get to Woodland Park the day the highway was closed. It took more than four hours total and by the time we got there it was too late to do anything.

The next day highway 24 was open so we jetted up there in 15 minutes, found a place, turned in our application, went back down to the Springs and then ate at Phantom Canyon Brewery.

I prefer the Brewery to the Canyon.

Until the faucet starts dripping. Then your floor is always wet because you have to keep the drawer closed to use the crapper.

janine | 7709 comments Knuckles are fascinating. What is the top knuckle?

Also, I asked to go home early from work today - to do some work for my freelance job that pays more per hour and doesn't require me to listen to people that will occasionally yell - and it is amazing how wonderful going home just three hours early feels.

message 2244: by Lobstergirl, el principe (new)

Lobstergirl | 24788 comments Mod
Okay, I get it now. At first I thought the fishing had something to do with the water.

I hate it whenever water comes into my abode. Really, really strongly dislike it.
