SOLVED! suggestion for group

Hey everyone (and esp Rebecca, the group owner) - I was wondering (and not trying to be bossy) if someone figures out your book for you, if you could change the title of your topic, adding SOLVED or something like that after your topic title.

Whaddya think?

I don't think we're able to edit names of topics, unfortunately. I went to a post I made in another group and had the option to delete but not edit topic name. Good idea though. It's hard to tell if there's more than one post, whether or not the additional posts gave the right info to find that particular book.

arghh you're right..you'd think I was research before I make a suggestion, huh?

Also, sometimes when I have time, I like to try my hand at solving some of the questions - and it would help to know if the problem has been already solved!

EDIT: I posted this request in the Goodreads Feedback group. Maybe Otis can make it happen!

Hey Carol, great observation! I've been anxiously awaiting the ability to check-off "solved" posts and rearrange or message board so that unsolved posts appear first.

oh great idea, Rebecca - I did 'bump' the post.

This just came to me because of another forum (knittinghelp.com) and when someone sells/trades something, you're asked to note that in the title - thought a similar "Solved" addition to the topic title would help here!
