That's definitely a possibility. I've never been much of an animal lover, and I like pets even less. I think it might be a book that could grow on me though...

How did you like Saving Franchesca Ashley? I love Melina's books! Have you read Jellicoe Road? I also recommend them on audio. :-D

But, I loved Saving Francesca. I read Jellico Road earlier this year, and I think it's one of my favorite books of all time! SF was wonderful. She's a great writer. This story wasn't as involved as JR, but the writing and the characters were just as wonderful.
