I shall call you Owl. WELCOME.

A gizzard is a 'thick-walled muscular pouch below the crop in many birds and reptiles for grinding food' that is 'also referred to as a ventriculus'.

I had to dissect squid, and however bad that pig heart smelled, I bet you the squid smelled worse.

I draw and have been for a while. I was maybe in 4th grade when I watched Project Runway for the first time. I wanted to be a fashion designer, but then now I'm going to med school. Yep, strange person.

I feel like giving up art. It isn't perfect. Not perfect at all. It needs to be perfect. If it isn't perfect, it isn't worthy. None of my work is worthy. I feel like giving up everything.
That's the beautiful thing about art, though: it's never perfect.
Even if you take what you believe is the most perfect painting in the world, I'm sure that the artist would keep saying it's not their best work and would begin to tweak things here and there. It's not about the level of perfection, but how much you actually enjoy it.
AND DON'T YOU DARE GIVE UP OR I WILL COME THROUGH THE COMPUTER SCREEN AND FORCE YOU TO MAKE ART.

That's what I get for being a pessimistic perfectionist. I dunno. I want to work on my two graphic novels but I don't have the drive to pick up a pencil. I dunno. I just want the result to be perfect. I dunno. I need a massage.

Why wouldn't it? Course it's debatable… not all photography is necessarily art but that goes for anything. o.o

DONT YOU DARE GIVE UP, WOMAN! Laura and Barbara have it right, there's always room for improvement and you should NEVER EVER GIVE UP. Each time you pick up your pencil, camera, etc you improve... Even if it doesn't seem like it.
