Sorry, ladies, I was one of the NOs. As much as I hope Barrons and Mac find a HEA, I won't be upset if they don't end up together either.*ducks and runs*
Sigh. I know mine's not the popular opinion, but I've enjoyed the ride in this series. Barrons is seriously hot, but hey, if he doesn't end up with Mac? More for me. :)
I was also one of the NOs. I sincerely hope that Mac & Barrons end up together in their HEA. However, if for some ungodly reason they don't, I still can't see burning my book just because I don't agree, lol. I love KMM and would never consider it even if I don't see eye to eye with her.
As I said, i will definitely be there! I have a kindle too but I may just purchase the hardcover just to burn the book if they don't get together! It will cost me an extra $10 probably--hopefully that extra $10 isnt wasted by my need to burn it to ashes if the correct HEA doesn't happen!
Oh my! The pressure we put on Karen! Haha! Hopefully she knows that it's just because we love these characters that she has created.

That's how you know you've got something truly special--if you get people excited enough to (jokingly) threaten to burn your books! People don't get this worked up if your writing is garbage, LOL.
Your exactly right. The best emotion is a strong emotion, and I daresay we have some STRONG emotions about this series.
LOL I don't think I could either, but I fully support anyone passionate enough to do it with theirs! I also reserve the right to change my mind come Jan 18th. :~D
You all crack me up!! I can honestly say there is no other series that I feel so passionately about! I mean there are others that I LOVE but I always come back to Fever as my favorite. But sadly, I will have to burn my copy if it doesn't end correctly. AND THERE BETTER BE SOME AMAZING SEX!!!

I am so in on the burning but it my case "deleting". I will make a special death by click folder and hit the delete key sending it right into the trash. It can sit and rot in there for all I care if Mac and JB don't have their happy ending. But I might have to secretly take a pick at it once and awhile. I don't know if I could bring myself to empty the bin just in case. :)
