Harbinger"
Yes, discovered that as I reached the end!

Oh! That sucks (to find out at the end).
I'm reading Dragonseye. So far I'm having a hard time following characters, because the names are just dropped, and sometimes as many as five or six in a few pages. xP Other than that it seems interesting so far.
I'm reading Cobbogoth and really enjoying it so far. I like the Icelandic mythology the author has created.
I am reading Enclave and just finished The Last Threshold. Not generally thrilled with Salvatore's style but I've always liked his characters.
I finished Monster Hunter Legion. I hate that it ended in a cliff hanger. I want the next one now!Now I'm reading Who I Am. I love The Who!
Michael wrote: "I am starting The Legacy to continue my adventures with Drizzt Do'Urden. This is my first foray past the first six books."I found a lot of the middle books to be mediocre, but in my opinion they pick up again later. Some issues, of course, are from Salvatore being at the whim of the constant Forgotten Realms time-jumps.
I read The Marvelous Land of Oz which I really enjoyed. What silly little adventures. I'm now reading The Giver for my Services for Older Citizens class. I haven't read it in a good 15 years or so- it's just as good the second time around.
Ever read a novel that starts out interesting, but gets boring half way through, to the point where you consider abandoning it, only to start liking it towards the end, so much so that when it is finished you actually want to re-read? And re-read immediately? That is how I feel about Tam Lin by Pamela Dean. I might sound loca but I actually am going to do just that. In the meantime I had to finish the books I have from the library, so I am just finishing Finder by Emma Bull. It is also very good. War for the Oaks is probably Emma Bulls best known novel, however in many ways I enjoyed Finder even more.

It starts interesting and then gets boring and then (usually) gets more boring.

I can relate to this one. Most of the books I read lately seems to be that way ;)

I'm reading Wards of Farie. Not my favorite by any means, but not so bad that I quit reading, which is something I can do on occasion.
I've started Whispers Under Ground. Since the next book comes out in July, I figured it was about time to stop saving it...

That's.... a pretty long delay, and I don't understand what he means about publication slots. But can't we hapless North Americans just raid amazon.co.uk in July 2013?
Carol wrote: "Uh-oh. Bad news from aaronovich. He switched pubs and it now looks like Feb."I got very disappointed for a few seconds, but since I don't live in North America, Kobo and Amazon still have the ebook listed with a release date of 25 July :)
Currently reading The Bones of the Old Ones by Howard Andrew Jones. Good stuff. Great first person narrator. Characters you can root for.
I've been listening to Anansi Boys. I tried reading this once before, but I don't think I even got beyond the first chapter. I'm glad I tried again as an audio book, the narrator was very good, and I ended up liking it a lot.
Just finishedElsewhere it is the first time I have ever read anything by Will Shetterly, who also happens to be Emma Bull 's husband. This book is part of the Bordertown series.
I finished NOS4A2. It was excellent. I think I still like Horns better. Now I'm reading The Ocean at the End of the Lane.
I finished The Ocean at the End of the Lane. I really enjoyed the story. Now I'm going to read Joyland.

Yep it just came out. I never did read Home From the Sea but honestly they are all kind of stand alone. So far Steadfast is pretty good
