Probably to try and lose all the guilt that you have had heaped on you by family, friends, etc., for whatever reason and realize that the only person who i the end you should try to please is yourself. If you truly live a life that pleases you (assuming you aren't a psychopath or something) you will be successful and happy.
Losing guilt is the main issue.

If you could chose a bad habit to lose, what would it be?

Michael: That was a great question! I think I would have to tell people that there is always hope because change is inevitable. Things WILL get better.

tiasreads Man, I hate those Bachelor-type shows! But I guess if I was on one, I'd want about 25 men to start with. My strategy would be to interview them first, asking each the same questions about their likes, dislikes, views, and values. Because that would narrow down who I was compatible with. And hopefully the winner would be Ryan Gosling. :-)

Lori Goldstein I would return to school and take library science classes to become a librarian.
