I read this one most of the way, but stopped in the middle because I felt like it was too anime-ish. Did anyone else feel this way too? Anywho, I'm going to need to reread it so that I'll understand what happens in Shadow Souls.
yea this book gets a little weird but if you like Damon then the next couple of books are for you lol
I couldn't get into this book. I did finally finish it, but I didn't try to read the others. It kind of turned me off the series, though I might pick it up again. I've got a lot of other stuff on my plate right now that I'm enjoying more.
I'm just gonna write a few things that came to mind. (I read it a week or so ago.)It was painful with all the Elena worship. It was like: everyone loves Elena. She's so perfect. The first 200 pgs "look how beautiful and innocent and perfect Elena is!" AND the only character doesn't worship and adore her is written off as a psycho vindictive bitch. (Caroline)
Lovely little love?... I'm not going to get into that.
Elena believed she could fly… so she could. (I believe I can fly I believe I can touch the sky I think about it every night and day…) Sorry, I couldn't resist.
Also, did anyone else notice how we jumped from 1992 to 2009?
There was a lot of action though, never a dull moment.
