Image constantly changing

On this edition of "Guilty Pleasures" by Laurell K. Hamilton, I've had to replace the original cover four times now. The first time I included a librarian note that said this is the correct cover for the date specified and that a new cover for the same ISBN requires the creation of an "alternate cover" edition.

But looking at the librarian log, the last four changes (on that edition) were mine, so I don't know which librarian to notify directly. Any ideas? Are there certain changes that aren't logged?

*snort* My correction was undone once more while I was typing this. Please help.

Looks like June 5th was the first time I noticed the cover change and corrected it. If you look at the all editions version of the log, the last change recorded before mine was Goodreads adding "Laurell Hamilton" as a secondary author.

Seems to be stable now. I uploaded a copy of the correct image, so that it's no longer hosted on a third party site. I think that fixed it.

Has anyone noticed this happening with any other book? It sounds like it was just an issue with the externally hosted image.
