Need to merge authors

There are 3 different names for the same author and many book editions following under all of those names that should be associated with one of the names. I believe that the entities http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/..., http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/..., and http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/... are the same and should all go under the name T.C. Boyle.
