My new novel, The Music of Us, harkens back to WWII and its music. To write it I researched thousands of songs from that era, and chose about a dozen where the lyrics and the feel captured the mood at one point or another in my story. After a few short months I recently ended my publishing deal with Second Wind Publishing/Indigo Sea Press for my top-selling crime/thriller Hurricane Ron. I wish the ISP crew the best in moving forward.This is not the end of the line however. I am currently in talks with agents and publishers to find a new home for HR and the rest of the trilogy. So many have been very supportive of my first novel, and I feel I owe it to the readers to represent this story in the best possible light.
