You know you're a writer if you're already planning who you'll mention in the acknowledgements when or if your book is published.

Dude love the username!"
Thank you

This is why I love this group. It proves that I'm not insane, or that if I am, I'm not the only one...

Those are words to live by.
You know when you're a writer when you threaten people by saying things like "watch it or I won't include you in my acknowledgments" before you get your book published. Or before you finish the book.
You know you're a writer when every funny thing that happens, or every good line is said...you think about how to add it into your story to make sense. You also know when every thing you see around you can add to your ideas.
You know you're a writer when you spend way too much time thinking about who will be cast when your book is made into a movie instead of writing said book that isn't even finished yet.
Emily -The Rabbit Keeper wrote: "You know you're a writer when you spend way too much time thinking about who will be cast when your book is made into a movie instead of writing said book that isn't even finished yet."AMEN.
You know you're a writer when you've spent months laboring over the same chapter because you REFUSE TO WRITE FROM A GIRL'S POINT OF VIEW and IT HAS TO SOUND LIKE A GUY!!
Yep.You know you're a writer when you plan out a long story on the terrible death of the shallow slut who made you cry...Yep.
Wouldn't it?? Sadly, I can't write gore like that...On my first day in this group, I tried to write one about Baxter...I failed. Haha good thing we're friends now.
Emily -The Rabbit Keeper wrote: ":) You're not the only one. It's good to be insane to an extent."This is best summed up with a quote from Inkheart by Cornelia Funke: "So what? All writers are lunatics!"
Emily -The Rabbit Keeper wrote: "You know you're a writer when you spend way too much time thinking about who will be cast when your book is made into a movie instead of writing said book that isn't even finished yet."Guilty. *looks down ashamedly*

It's good not to be alone...
Athenagrrl wrote: "Emily -The Rabbit Keeper wrote: "You know you're a writer when you spend way too much time thinking about who will be cast when your book is made into a movie instead of writing said book that isn'..."Don't worry, i do it all the time too. :D

I love my insanity. I have a bunch of friends on here to keep me company. I know, that's pathetic.

You know you're a writer when you're in an uncomfortable situation, and you simply close your eyes and talk to your characters. Then everything is better.

You know you're a writer when your parents forced you off Goodreads but you came back for this group.

XD my parents never try to get me off goodreads. I always tell them how much better I've gotten at writing. That may be a lie, but sshhh don't tell!
You know you're a writer when you signed up for NaNoWriMo last night and you're extremely pumped for it.
You know you are a writer when you have like 12 notebooks filled with ideas and story passages that you haven't used yet.
