Help! I can't remember the name of this book...
Hello,I'm looking for a book that has a FL who is a model. She's in trouble with the law because her mother was embezzling funds from a charity that the model was working with. The daughter refuses to give up her mother because she's sure that it was all a mistake and that her mother wouldn't knowingly do something like that. In the end it's the ML who is able to show the FL what her mother is actually like.

Hi All. I am looking for a book where h and H are married but having trouble in the marriage as h is always giving priority to her brother who is a troubled teen getting into scrapes . At one point H asks h to choose between him and her brother and h still rushes to her brother. But she comes back from half way realising her mistake only to ring H kissing his ex. ..and the she flees and disappears and the rest of the book is how the H is searching for her etc etc …..I think is is a Jennie lucas book but can’t remember the name.and somewhere in the book us a line. Where hero is thinking that he has to find his very hurt English wife

At one point..."Hmmm...the set-up sounds like Michelle Reid's After Their Vows, but this pair reunite early in the book because of the brother's bad behavior (no searching for her for the rest of the book).

A romance novel about a boy and girl who run away to California to escape his abusive stepfather.
Hello. I am pretty sure I read this in the early 90's and that it was a Harlequin or Silouhette romance. (view spoiler)
Hi All. Yet another book I am searching for which I read quite sometime back and would like to read again. H and h are married h is a doctor and H is a rich playboy. Life styles don’t match and they separate/divorce? (Or waiting for divorce). But they have one last fling and then h goes away to some third world country to provide medical services. H realises she is pregnant and goes after her…..also after he brings her back they attend some high profile party where some child gets hurt and h provides medical support. H only then begins to realise the importance of her work/ dedication. I think the h name is grace. ? I hope someone can find this for me because I really really want to read it again.

hey !I am searching for an old Harlequin romance. The hero is the boss and the heroine is the secretary. She's in love with him. The hero has a daughter. I think he is a widower. They both go to the airport to pick his child. The hero realizes that the heroine is in love with him and subtly suggests that she should look for a different job. The heroine takes a day off . The hero is unable to manage with out her that day and slowly starts to value her. There are many scenes of the heroine with his daughter. There is one where she takes his daughter for shopping and one where she takes her to the fair. I think maybe there is one where both the hero and the heroine take his daughter to Disneyland or something. Not sure.
I know the description is very vague but I remember loving the book so much.

Probably an easy one and I think quite recent. Kindles removal of the back button has impacted my search ability. Looking for a HP where h is an artist/painter and H is either a prince/sheikh or king. I think H was living in NY, had affair with h. h gets pregnant and the H asks her to marry. She was about to have an exhibition of her paintings however it would not be "the done thing" for the new Queen/Sheikha/Princess to have her paintings for sale or on display so the H either buys the whole collection or moves them to storage facility. h is upset, can't recall how they resolve. Any ideas?

The Judas Kiss is the gold standard for this trope, I believe.
Can anyone help me find this book. Here goes:Hero approaches heroine to be his wife (or maybe nanny). Can't remember. But hero's ex-wife and heroine's ex-husband had an affair and died in either a car crash or airplane crash. Hero comes to heroine because in-laws want to get custody of his daughter and he wants the heroine's help since apparently their children are acquainted because of their exes. Heroine agrees in exchange for her son getting a trust fund and private school education.
Does this plot sound familiar to anyone?

The heroine is compelled to go to her ex's engagement party because her boss asks her to keep aneye on the waiters because the champagne is expensive. She ends up seeing the Hero at the party...I can't really remember what happens after that. I think they might be working for a security systems company and that the hero constantly tests the systems. Also you're may or may not be a pregnancy. I can't quite remember.
I'd be really grateful if somebody could tell me what this book is called. Thank you!

I read a Betty Neels book with a similar story line. H was a Doctor in that one. H would have loved the h for 3 years but kept it hidden as she was seeing the OM ...

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out this one book.
The hero and heroine have been friends for a while and they're both attracted to each other, but neither of them has said anything. The heroine has not dated anyone in a long time, maybe ever because of reasons I can't remember. Maybe some past trauma, but cant say for sure.
Anyway, she has no confidence in herself or her dating skills but she really likes the hero. But they're also good friends and she doesn't want to lose their friendship if things don't work out between them. So she decides to try and date other guys, to get some self confidence and dating experience and hopefully build up the courage to ask the hero out.
The hero on the other hand is super jealous, and gets annoyed that after waiting all this time for the heroine to be ready for relationships, she dating other guys and he tries to sabotage the dates.
No it's not lady with a past but thank you.

sounds similar to The Friendship Barrier
Oh, thought I posted this but I guess not!:Looking for an amnesia book. The distinct thing is that it goes between past and present scenes a little (or is just vivid about describing the past). h has amnesia and was a real piece of work. Th new h (amnesiac h) is horrified about how awful she was, esp since she's falling for the H, but H thinks it's all a giant scheme/Hail Mary.
I thought it was the Second Mrs. Adams, but upon re-reading, good book, but not the one I'm thinking of. Beginning to think I am confusing bits of Dark Abyss with other books.

What about Bought: The Greek's Baby? This is one of few in which the h with Amnesia is not a case of mistaken identity

In the one I'm looking for, she actively and voluntarily tries to date other men.

The heroine's dad is horrified when the truth comes out . Unfortunately I don't remember why the heroine and her twin swap places but the heroine was in love with the hero since forever .

A doozy of a story, matching elements are 1) twins, 2) one twin knows about the other twin having a meet-cute/connection with H and uses it to her advantage to date him. They say in the story the twins often share boyfriends by swapping identities as well. Cannot recall if their parents get involved in the story.
Do you have anymore details (i.e., did they switch intentionally or is this a case of one twin taking over for a dead or absentee twin?)
