Seeking your help again, oh wonderful people who share my HP/M&B obsession….

So this is an oldie…
h and her sister/cousin go to visit her grandmother/aunt/older female relative in France/Spain/somewhere European.

She has been there before, was in love with an artist but left the H because of his jealousy or maybe controlling behaviour…and subsequently heard he had died in a car crash.

The friend who was in the car and his wife, OW, are still around and hate the h but there is something strange about the friend…

There is a tower full of the H’s art work, the OW tries to run her over….eventually it transpires it was the friend who died and the H, after plastic surgery, was claimed by the wife and has been living as the friend ever since.

Any ideas please?

Hi I'm trying to find the name and author of a certain book i read in the past. I remember almost everything about it just not the title and author. Pretty certain it's a harlequin book. I believe it has a private investigator that used to be a cop. He has a client with amnesia show up. Turns out she witnessed her husband kill someone and when she ran she got her head. I also think she hid evidence in the house. I think she got her memory back when she heard her husband's voice. The husband's ends up dying and she gets everything. The detective and her fall in love and she moves into his tiny apartment with him at the end he also thinks she deserves more that what he can give her. Thanks again and any help is appreciated!

I'm looking for a book. It's an older Harlequin Presents.

Anyway, the h is tightly controlled by her uncle. Greek families, nach. She and the H meet on a beach and have smexy times with. not names. Unbeknownst to her, the man she just had sex with is in t he midst of a big deal with her horrible uncle. The uncle hints that he wants a marriage contract along with the business contract with the h's cousin, who is too young.

The h confronts the H about the creepiness and he ickily blackmails her into more smexy times or he will go after her cousin. She agrees and goes to the cabin where he is staying that night, but can't go through with it. She runs away.

Angst ensues and the H threatens the h again unless she becomes his mistress and goes away with him on his boat. Little does he know that the h is terrified of boats because her parents drowned. H doesn't realize this and h has a panic attack. She reveals she didn't tell him because of her awful first husband and his abusive ways.

There is a slight misunderstanding in the third act and they do 'break up' for a short time. The h sews tapestries and is extremely talented.

Anyway, I don't want to give the entire plot away. That should be enough to get anyone there.

Hi everyone! Just love trying to identify books described here, but I am really not good at it.
I am looking for a Harlequin presents or romance where the heroine married the hero really young , pregnant. She loses one of the babies, but is still pregnant with one, although her in-laws do not realise this. They pay her to divorce their son, and she does because he never comes to see her in the hospital. She raises her daughter alone, without touching the money, until her 9 year old daughter asks who her father is…l she then has to contact him. And of course they find out how they were trucked by her parents in law and that they are still in love… I think the hero is Italian. The hero in has started a computer business if a remember well.
Might be real old, 1980s or 1990s perhaps.

Any suggestion?

Hi, everyone. Gonna give this another shot. It's a Harlequin Presents. Heroine is a helicopter pilot and has been having a relationship with a crown prince of an island nation (whose royal status he kept secret from her). I think his father passes away so he's finally taking up the mantle and he decides they need to go their separate ways. A few months pass, and she lands a job flying a helicopter to his country. I think she has a health scare and it turns out she's pregnant? Anyways, towards the end of the book, she jumps onto a helicopter piloted by her former co-pilot but they fly into stormy conditions but they end up crash landing on a rocky outcrop where ships have been known to sink. I think there's a local legend it's home to a monster. The prince then leads a rescue mission to find her. I might be misremembering some details, but I'm fairly sure most of the stuff I've mentioned is accurate. Hope someone can help me.

I remember very little about this one I’m afraid.
I think the couple are married. She finds him in their bed with the OW and leaves. I can’t remember if there is a baby or not.
Eventually it is resolved when it comes out that the H’s mother drugged him and the OW hopped in to the bed so that the h would find her. I think the OW is the H’s mother’s goddaughter and she has been singing her praises throughout the relationship.

That’s about all I remember. I think both women get their comeuppance although I think h asks H to go easy on his mother.

Any ideas?

Found: Master of Pleasure by Penny Jordan

O.K. I'm looking for an older Harlequin. The MFC and MMC get together when she is really young. She was in her late teens- 18 or 19 and they had an one night stand (or summer fling). She got pregnant with twin boys. I forget if she told him or not . . . but I believe she told him she loved him and he basically kicked her out.

She eventually married an older man she confided in. It was totally a marriage of convenience as he was ill. He brought up the kids with her and eventually passed away from cancer. In his will, he made the MMC (bio dad) a guardian (on a side note, is that a thing? Parent dies an another adult is just made a guardian in the will and the bio parent can't do anything? Seems more than a little unethical)

That all said, the MMC enters the story pissed and thinking she is a gold digger and abandoned her kids when she sent them to a boarding school when her husband (not bio dad) had to go into the hospital and she had to basically be a full time carer. He naturally takes over and hires a home tutor (a good one- but upset the MFC because he didn't talk it over with her.).

It is naturally revealed by the tutor that the MFC is an excellent mom. She put the kids in boarding school for a short time while she was caring for the only dad they knew to preserve normalcy so the twins would be spared the emotional turmoil of her husband's cancer. She also journals with them.

The MMC naturally finds out from the twins he is actually their bio dad. It's revealed that their 'dad' growing up prepped them and that their mom would reveal all when she was ready. The twins notice their resemblence to the MMC and ask him flat out if he is their dad. Kudos to the MMC for not being pissed off very much at the MFC not being able to tell him because he was an asshole and cut her off completely.

The MFC wants the twins to stay in their boarding school and plans to move to work at the school and be near them so they can live with her and get the benefits of a great education. The MMC, wallowing in self pity and guilt at this time, lets her go with the kids, but follows her and buys a house nearby to co-parent.

It's happy families and near Christmas time. The MMC reveals through a painting that he knows the MFC is pregnant again. The MFC is naturally cautious but the MMC reveals he CAN learn and has known she was pregant and terrified to tell him for a while. He wanted to prove to her he could be a good parent and husband for her.

P.S. Just a FYI, it is NOT Penny Jordan's Marriage: To Claim His Twins.

h is rich and H is poor. they meet very young and wed against h fathers wish. During honeymoon H realize he is going to be arrested. In order to protect h , H says he lied about loving her
