Thank you, I've read Don't Ask Me Now and love it. I'll check out Outback Heat. Looks good! (and I like the dress the heroine is wearing on the cover, too. What a color)

His Mistress with Two Secrets springs to mind because I reread it recently. h's ex resurfaces in newspaper tell all full of lies
The Greek Tycoon's Virgin Wife Stalker is her ex
@Neri - we all dress like that here ;)

Could it be The Husband Trap. It has a similar plot. I don't think there was any deal between the H and the h's father.

Does anyone know of a book where the heroine leaves her husband, the hero, because the OW, who is a family friend is absolutely horrible to her, but none of her in-laws are willing to believe her? Her FIL threatens to have her committed to the psych ward if she does not stop with the accusations. So she runs away in fright.
The only one who believes her is the hero's younger brother whom the OW does not keep up her 'nice' act with and so he has seen her dark side since the beginning.
Some additional points: (that my friend is not totally sure of)
1. The OW might have caused the heroine to miscarry her child
2. The OW kicks the hero's brother's dog

Thank you and sorry for the late reply. I had seen this and went to get His Mistress with Two Secrets since Dani Collins is a growing favorite for me. Absolutely loved it and so any bonus things I like in there, too.
All the more reason to finally go to Australia, lol! (I spent a year in NZ and never popped over...) Perhaps I really need to go, too, because that book was a scorcher! (Thank you for the rec, Marina!!)

It's a trope I love across the board (whether it's a dweeb of an ex or the H in obsessed mode) and in all flavors from romance to outright thriller/suspense. Very much a guilty pleasure!

I am looking for two books that I read in the past but i forget the titles I have looking for these books by no result so far;
#1Plot: Heroine think hero is cheating with ex wife if I'm not mistaken they work together. But it's turn out hero had a MOC with the ex he married with her because she was pregnant with his brother child and they never consumed the marriage
#2Plot -Step-sibling romance(hero mother and heroine father married) heroine disappeared after she discover her father relationship she thought he was cheating on her mom.
Thank you in advance!!

Sounds like The Marriage Secret by Kim Lawrence.

This one is Surrender to the Past

The h is a model who thinks her parents are dead. Her grandma is a fashion designer. She models for her Granny and she sees the H in the audience and just gets hit with a thunderbolt. Then the h is taking a shower in her apartment which is apparently unlocked including the bathroom and the H walks in on h naked. H is her father's partner in the ranch, who is sick and wants to meet the h and Granny explains that the h's dad is not dead. So, h goes with the H meet her till then unknown father and continues to makes a cake of herself over the H. There is also an OM who causes some trouble and our h is so gullible that she immediately believes the OM instead of talking to the H about it. I think it could be about some property issue where the h thinks that the H only wants to marry her to own her property. However, in the end the H rescues the h and everything is explained.
Does anyone remember reading this book?

The Greek's Royal Mistress h is a Princess, stalker trying to kill her
To Wear His Ring Again h is a singer, stalker wants them to be together forever, cue ex-husband to the rescue
I don't know a shelf

The Greek's Convenient Wife

yw - Another one: Wed for His Secret Heir has h's brother setting a fire on H's yacht.

The opposite way is a dime a dozen, but I do love a good "heroine gets plastic surgery or loses a bunch of weight or just grows into her figure or it was too long ago and hero doesn't recognize her but she sure as hell recognizes him and has whittled a very sharp bone to stab him with for how he treated her in the past."
@Se: I have been reading the stalker books you posted and this may be a response to reading too many of them back-to-back, LOL. But then again, I've always loved to see an h behave as badly as an H.

Thank you...! Went to check it out and it's on my Want to Read list but it's gonna be bumped up to Read soon because I'm already giddy at the blurb: "She would bring this man to the dust!"

Sounds like Michelle ReidAfter Their Vows

The heroine (who is an academic of some sort) arrives at the hero's (who is the ruler of some sort) Kingdom. She get very offended when she finds out/infers that the place/building/wing she's living in is the harem and comments on how inappropriate it is for her to be housed there. She is later informed that the place (which may or may not formerly have been a harem) is actually one where women studying while living away from their families are provided safe accommodation, and is actually the most appropriate place for her to be staying.

In chapter two or three, the h wakes up in hospital - pretty sure in London. h has had brain surgery and was in a coma, maybe hit by car, H initially couldn't find her. She had run away from H for some reason. I think the book goes back and forth a bit between current and past.
There is confusion about a pregnancy with h believing she lost baby but near the end discovers she is still pregnant. I would guess book no older than 2000. I initially thought the h has amnesia, on reflection, I'm not so sure, I might have been confusing coma and hospital.
It is NOT The South American's Wife.

Maybe The Boss's Nine-Month Negotiation

No, that's not it, thank you for suggestion - I do love that book though, always hopeful for follow-up story for H's brother Matias.
At I guess I would say one I'm looking for is older than 2012. I put some additional detail in original post.

Not a perfect match (the heroine is a single mother, not a widow, because the hero dumped her to marry someone else), but very probably Always Love by Emma Darcy.
