Do they say "natural causes" for a fatal aneurysm? Or do they say aneurysm?
Also, what about getting eaten by a bear?
I tend to think of "natural causes" as dying of heart failure in old age.

Ummm, I guess I wasn't paying attention to reports around Brittany Murphy's cause of death after the initial report that it was likely natural causes. I didn't realize she had drugs in her system.
