I am from Ankara,Turkey and recently joined goodreads. I love to read books, buy them, hoard them. Before buying, I make a thorough research for a book. Many books are not available in Turkey, not yet translated nor yet desired but fortunately my English is fine and I can purchase those unavailable in turkey from online shops. I look forward to sharing book comments and views with you.

Hi Caglar, nice to meet you. Aren't all eBooks available in Turkey? I know shipping to Turkey is not cheap. I have a similar problem. What would it cost to download an eBook, and have it xerox if you really want it in hard copy? Even if I have it bound, it's still less expensive than ordering paperback. And a lot less time.

Love the food, btw. I was in Istanbul not long ago. Changed a lot since my backpackin' days. What happened to all the great $2 hotels? Cheapest thing I could find was a $60 closet. :) Had a good time, but missed that old charm.
