Changing Book Title

The following book has extra info in the title that I'm pretty sure isn't a title:

Unless "Bestselling Backlist" is a series, in which I highly doubt.

But if I try to change it, I get a notification saying the book is already in the database (which I know, since I'm looking at it... heh). Can this actually be changed?

I refreshed it to use B&N info, it should be correct now.
