Lisa Kleypas has scrumptious, to die for, sexy, masculine, often ruthless men in her books. She writes some outstanding heroes, in my book!

Suzanne (Under the Covers Book blog) | 474 comments I think the modern romances are the only ones I haven't read yet, I think I may have to find them as I lover her hostoricals and can't wait to get Married by Morning.

Suzanne (Under the Covers Book blog) | 474 comments I haven't read these ones, I have them comong up soon in a challenge though. i can't wait to get stuck n to them, especially if the heroes are delicious as you said!

message 14: by Kathy Anne (new)

Kathy Anne (kathyanne) Syzanne,
If you like contemporary you will probably love The Travis`.They have the same super WOW Hero`s as her HR and the stories are good too.
Jack Travis is right up there at the top of my fav heros

Suzanne (Under the Covers Book blog) | 474 comments I love a good hero so I will definately enjoy them. Is Smooth Talking Stranger the second book?

message 16: by Kathy Anne (new)

Kathy Anne (kathyanne) Suzanne,
The order is:
1 Sugar Daddy
2 Blue Eyed Devil
3 Smooth Talking Stranger

STS is #3,.They really need to be read in order too, because each book picks up the story where the last one stopped,so I would have been lost without the background of the first two.

Suzanne (Under the Covers Book blog) | 474 comments Thanks, I will make sure I read them in the right order

Kathy Anne (kathyanne) Suzanne,
The only ones I have read are the Travis`,and then Devil in Winter and Married by Morning(both are out of order)I`m reading MBM now and it is really good,I don`t care for HR usually but I love every book of hers I`ve read.
Then I think we should read The Hathaways first ,and then The Wallflowers,is that what you understand?
Of course I have all but one of the Wallflowers and still have to get most of the others.

Suzanne (Under the Covers Book blog) | 474 comments I would probably read the Wallflowers first then the Hathaways as characters from the Wallflowers series pop up in the Hathaway ones. Both series are good though and you don't need to have read one to read the others.

LK was also the first HR author that I read, I have read a few more now, but she still remains my favourite : )

You should try out some of her other books, perhaps her Gamblers series, they are good.

Kathy Anne (kathyanne) Suzanne,
Gotcha,Wallflowers first ,then the Hathaways, now if I can only remember that for a day or so.
She is the first HR Author I have read that I really liked, there have been a few books here and there but no particular author I would ever read twice.
I try to get to the point where I can read them because there are so many,I think there are far more than contemp to choose from.
