I am reading three books right now:
Also am reading.
Three complete opposite ends of the reading spectrum...One is romance, mystery and fantasy, another is campy and romantic and the other dark and tragic (and romantic in more the Elizabethan way)
I just finished To Die For
and I hated the hero. Now I'm reading Atonement
which is a book that has been on my TBR for more than a year. So far so good.
Currently I'm reading Lover Revealed by J.R. Ward. I zoomed through the first three books of the Black Dagger Brotherhood but for some reason this one just isn't doing it for me..at least not yet.
I finished Wild Ride
[image error]
. I really enjoyed this book. I don't know if Crusie & Mayer are planning to make this a series, but I would definitely read more books about the Guardia and the demon infested amusement park. I started Sweet Temptation
late Saturday/Early Sunday and stayed up until I finished it. I really didn't get anything else read on Sunday due to the Lost finale. I can't believe it's over!I've read a few more pages of Dead in the Family
and Nightlife
, but finally settled into reading Taste of Innocence
. I'm determined to finish this one next. I only started reading the Cynster novels about a year ago and have really enjoyed them.
I finished Jacob's Faith and Bitter Moon I: Triane's Son Ascending. Now I'm reading Bitter Moon II: Triane's Son Reigning.
Reading Seduction in Death, after reading Killer Dreams and Betrayal in Death yesterday:-) Enjoyed them both:-) I'm starting to get trickles of my big (103) bookdepository order, so I'm thrilled:-)

Reading
that I finally just received by post!! Thank God! gotta go to work though, which sucks! I'm so in luuuuurve with Rain!! :-))
Finished The Taste of Innocence
last night. I've almost reached the end of published Cynster stories. Does anyone know, are the Bastion Club books as good? I started Bloodring
. Not really sure about this yet. I really enjoyed Skinwalker
so I wanted to give her Rogue Mage series a try.
This week I listened to the first two Montana Creed book by Linda Leal Miller. They left me a bit underwhelmed. I don't know if I will read the third one.
I'm reading lots to catch up with the May challenges...but that's because I've mostly been reading knitting patterns.
If only my family & friends would stop having babies - and said babies having birthdays... and I didn't have a brain that says that handcrafted objects are the perfect gift - with a kiss knitted into every stitch...
Imma reading City Of Glass by Cassandra Clare. Nearly finished! =))Next book well probably be Poison Study series! After that would be Evernight Series.

I haven't read the Vampire Academy series yet but I have them on my TBR list so hopefully I can start them soon
I just finished
which I wasn't completely happy with but I'm going to give the 2nd book a try to see if it gets better. Now I'm going to start
Finally!

Finished Kate MacAlister's The Corset Diaries. Was actually surprised how much I enjoyed this silly book. : )Started Gail Carriger's Soulless. I'm hoping to finish this before the month of May ends, but will probably not. : (
Starting Ten Things I Love About You by Julia Quinn. I read another by her and really liked it, so I was psyched when I won a copy of this on First Reads!
I just finished Atonement which I enjoyed but found pointless (I rarely write reviews but fell compelled in this case.) Now I'm reading Three Cups of Tea: One Man's Mission to Promote Peace... One School at a Time...which at least has a more optimistic theme. I'm dying for some romance though.
I'm reading Northern Lights by Nora Roberts. I know I've read it before, but it must have been some time ago, because I don't remember it. It's going fast and I hope to be done by the end of the month so I can meet my challenge. I'm also reading I Thee Wed by Amanda Quick. That one also a challenge. I'm also almost done with my audio book, Taken at the Flood by Agatha Christie. I also picked up my copy of Burning Lamp by Amanda Quick at the library today. That's her new one from her Arcane series. I'll be starting that one in June. So much to read, so little time.
Just finished All the Queen's Men(GREAT book) and, for a complete change of pace, started Columbine.
Going to try a YA book - Armageddon Summer. I've had it on my shelf for a while, and I need a Y author for my ABC Challenge, so why not...
Starting The School of Essential Ingredients. Pam, I just finished that Julia Quinn book, I loved it! Enjoy :o)
Finished:
Starting/currently reading:
I'm hoping to finish at least one of these books by June 1st when I go pick up a few books from the library for various challenges next month.
Pam, thanks for the info on Bastion Club. I'll have to add those to my library list. Apparantly there's another Cynster related book also, something about Barnaby's Case files.
Daffodil, Where the Heart Leads (Casebook of Barnaby Adair, #1)
the book of Barnaby & Penny Ashford.I really enjoyed the Bastion Club books also. Starting with the full sized prequel Captain Jack's Woman
.
