I just got home from a spur of the moment book shopping trip and ended up with 3 great books to read and all out a week before the release date. Yay!
I picked up
can't wait to dig into these!

I surpassed my goal of reading 20 books in the month of April by reading 25 which is REALLY exciting for me!!! I just finished
Dime Store Magic by Kelley Armstrong which I really liked ( I know not everyone is a fan of Paige's character, but I really did enjoy it) & am on to
Vampire, Interrupted by Lynsay Sands
I finished
and really enjoyed them 4 stars for both. I'm currently reading
and i'm going to be starting

Finished
Some Girls Bite by Chloe Neill &
The Awakening by Kelley Armstrong - both REALLY well written & kept me on the edge of my seat!
&
Today I am reading:
Also started:
Which I am glad to have started. I already knew I like Sydney Croft b/c Larissa Ione is co-author. I've never read anything by Maria V. Snyder, but I am enjoying Poison Study.
More like what am I NOT reading? I have so many going at various locations and in different formats I'm not sure I will remember them all. But I'll try. LOLBathroom Book 1 -
Bathroom Book 2 -
Bathroom Book 3 -
Yes, THREE bathroom books. LOL I saw someone in anotehr group say that was how they started gleaning the book shelves now that they have an eReader and are trying to get rid of print books. I thought. "Duh, why haven't I done that?" I have two bathrooms at home and one bathroom at work (small building and only two women who use the ladies room) so a different book in each one.
eBook -
Print -
Audio Book in Car -
Audio Book at Home -
I *think* that's all of them currently...
Allison wrote: "Kelley, I love that you have 3 bathroom books! Including one at work!!!"Makes it easier that I don't have to keep carrying one with me every time. I may only get a page or two read at a time, but that's a page or two I wouldn't get to otehrwise. LOL I've finished 4 or 5 bathroom books just since the beginning of the year when I started doing that. And I have two that will be finished in teh next week or so. I actually have books lined up, in a drawer or on a shelf or something, in each bathroom, for when I finish the current one. :-)
It's kinda funny at work as when the one cleaning lady comes in to do our building, she so carefully dusts off my bathroom book and always lines it up "just so" on the cabinet where I keep it, making sure the book mark tassle is tucked neatly underneath and everything.
Just finished
by Jennifer Crusie on audio & I really liked it! Her characters are so much fun to listen to! I also finally finished
by Melissa Marr & I really loved it! It completely exceeded my expectations of that series so far. I'm currently reading a most fabulous nonfic book called
&
to finish up the trilogy! Kelley, that bit about the cleaning lady made me laugh out loud! I wish our cleaning guy cared that much!!!
Im on book 2 of the Wicked Lovely series Fragile Eternity :). Just finished Ink Exchange and it was so good. I have Radiant Shadows as well.
I hope you like it!!! That series was sort of a hit & miss for me but I really enjoyed Ink Exchange & I liked Seth from Fragile Eternity (Book Three) Wasn't a huuuuge fan of Wicked Lovely but LOVED Radiant Shadows!
I've got 7 going at the moment (was 8 until this evening when I finished one of my audio books and haven't started a new one yet).Print: Small Change
eBook: Play Dead
Audio in Car: Cemetery Dance
Audio on MP3: The Dead Travel Fast
Bathroom Book 1 (at home): Faerie Tales
Bathroom Book 2 (at home): The Cinderella Mission
Bathroom Book 3 (at work): Much Ado About Matchmaking
Soon to start Audio at home: Fortune's Rocks: A Novel
Kelley: Wow! That's a lot, but sounds like me =D I need a book for the moods I'm in =DOk so I had to take the bus to the next town to buy a new release. Yeah, this one horse town doesn't have anywhere to buy new books. So on the way I started
I am enjoying this series. The characters and the world the author has created. I bought
with my gift card it was a lot easier buying a new hardcover. I have never bought a hardcover book! I have always gotten my books at thrift stores. Until I started reading romances/series I always used to buy used. Hehe. So I read a few pages of The Dragon Factory and just love how the author paces the story. I may start Infinity tonight as well.
I get bored easily. LOL Having a bunch of different books going keeps me interested and keeps each book fresh. I get tired of one, I move on to one of my others. Then I can come back to it later and maybe enjoy it more.
Kelley: Makes perfect sense =D. Sometimes I find a book I can read straight through in a day but most times I read several books over the course of several days. Finishing probably 3-4 a week.
Ok I am truly starting Infinitytonight. I finished The Sea of Monsters and loved it! I hope my LIB has The Titan's Curse [BK3:] when I go tomorrow, I'll pick it up if they do.
I have just finished "Feed" by Mira Grant. It was really good and tense. I haven't read a zombie book in a long time, but I kept seeing it whenever I went to the Orbit Book site-where some of my new fav authors are:Nicole Peeler and Gail Carringer. Thanks for this site!
I finished Bitter Moon II: Triane's Son Reigning and Winter's Desire: Winter Awakening\Midnight Whispers\Lover's Dawn. Now I'm reading Deadly Game.
Roxann wrote: "I have just finished "Feed" by Mira Grant. It was really good and tense. I haven't read a zombie book in a long time, but I kept seeing it whenever I went to the Orbit Book site-where some of my ne..."Okay Roxann, I love Gail Carriger, so I've just requested Feed from the library.
Finally got to finish
!!! It was a whole lot of amazing & of course, I will be endlessly tortured until the final book comes out in December! At least it's only 6 months & not a whole year (or two)!
