When the helicopters were flying over Marial Bai and the adults told the children to run and hide, wouldn't you have listened and ran or stood and stared? Why? I understand that I may have been curious if I never saw one, but I would have listened to my parents.

yea i would to but the boys did not know anything at the time but they did not want to get killed by the soilders like the others but im glad he survive through all the hard times he went through in africa.
De'kiera I know they didn't know what it was, but they should have listened still. I'm glad Achak survived, but so many people died. Remember when they were traveling and the lions were taking the boys from the line? That was sad and where were the other countries at the time?
yea i do remember and valentino has been through alot in his pass seeing animals kill all those kids like that and i don't know where they were at the time but it was sad how they had no family and them seeing each boy die every day through out the pass few years:(:(
De'kiera like I said before where were the other countries at the time? We were all sitting there hearing about all these people getting killed, but they still wouldn't help them until it got interesting enough to help. I believe they did it for the glory instead of doing the humane thing.
Remember when Achak found that man that lived in the middle of nowhwere when he ran from the truck that night? Do you think that man is still alive? I don't think so because he was sure to run out of food soon or the soldiers could have found him on accident like Achak did.
ummm i thought he was dead and but he had lots of food and water under his carpet where he pulled the door opened so he was smart about that to hide the things so anyone would not find it, even if he didn't live there. Nobody would not think too look under there but he was nice to Achack:)
GOODREADS1why did the people at the refugee camp treat them like they were baby's and they didn't have any kind of say so or choice to speak out for them self?????? everybody should have some kind of thought but not in sudan>>>
