Chrizette Have you tried the Psy-Changeling series by Nalini Singh? I just LOVE this series! It has a few different kind of shifters as well as the Psy (a human hybrid).

This is the first book. Slave to Sensation (Psy-Changeling, #1) by Nalini Singh

Cathy (cathygreytfriend) | 53 comments I love Patricia Briggs' Mercy and Keri Arthur's Riley/Guardians. Mercy is a shifter who deals with a lot of werewolves. Riley is half vampire, half werewolf and there are a lot of other shifters in her world.

Kitty Norville series by Carrie Vaughn - Kitty and the Midnight Hour. Kitty is a werewolf and there are all sorts of other supernatural elements as well.

Rachel Vincent's Shifters series - Stray. No werewolves, but very cool black leopard shifters, plus her latest book had shifters I'd never seen before, very original.

And of course Charlain Harris' Sookie Stackhouse books - Dead Until Dark. Pretty much every kind of critter shows up eventually, including multiple cat shifters and werewolves.

new_user | 1389 comments I recommend:

Slave to Sensation (Psy-Changeling, #1) by Nalini Singh Moon Called (Mercedes Thompson, #1) by Patricia Briggs On the Edge (The Edge, #1) by Ilona Andrews

In the last book, the shifter is technically a secondary character, but he plays a big part and his book is coming out next. :)

Jaime My favorite reads at the moment are shifter books. Some of my favorite have been mentioned already like Psy-Changling series by Nalini Singh and the Were-cats or Shifters series by Rachel Vincent (this is my highest recomendation. She is brilliant!)

One that hasnt been mentioned is the DragonFire Series by Deborah Cooke. They are dragon shifters. I love the history and character development through out the series! I had to search to find all the books but it was well worth it!

Kiss of Fire (Dragonfire, Book 1) by Deborah Cooke Winter Kiss (Dragonfire, Book 4) by Deborah Cooke Kiss of Fate (Dragonfire, Book 3) by Deborah Cooke Kiss of Fury (Dragonfire, Book 2) by Deborah Cooke

I'm gonna agree with Chriz here! LOVED this series!!!

Also (it's a new series and only has two books but A LOT of promise) [book:Immortal Warrior|3294485] .

Also, the always lovely and talented Kresley Cole and Sherrilyn Kenyon have series that have some werewolfies in them :)

Good luck and happy reading! :D

Suzanne (Under the Covers Book blog) | 411 comments You should also check out Pack Challenge (Magnus Pack #1) by Shelly Laurenston and all the other Shelly Laurenston or G A Aiken (same person) they are really good.

And also Ilona Andrewssomeone mentioned her On The Edge books, bit you should check out her Kate Daniels series as well.

Courtney (mrs_hf) | 173 comments Martina- I just requested The Smoke Thief from the library. I read some kind of bad reviews on Amazon but most of them are good so I'm looking forward to the series!
