Let's not forget the "any publicity is good publicity" saying. Having someone in my court who is able to harness this could only be beneficial. I would hire a PR firm so long as I as had a good set of key terms to provide them.I want traffic but I want to be able to convert it.
Sales, Marketing & PR lines are blurred more & more every day and consumers are the ones standing on their chairs and cheering! Social media geeks like me too. Not only should your PR firm understand social media, but they should know other important elements and messages of Sales & Marketing so that the inbound message is the same as the outbound one.
