Nope, neither of those are correct. This movies is shrouded with a nasty controversy.
oh, haha, I just realized how my description was exactly like "weekend at bernies", sorryok, two young men kill their "inferior" classmate, then hide the body then have a get-together, not so much a party

Here is yet another clue. Three brothers decide to go to the local circus as do three guys who escaped from the asylum. One of the brothers has a horrible fear of men who wear makeup, he even has nasty dreams in which he wets the bed. Madness ensues after the boys leave the circus.
I think I got it, Zombetteis it Clownhouse? never actually saw it, but I remember reading about the director being a pedophile, so controversy
