Yeah but just now there was an announcement online that says they'll be changing the way it's run. It said something like, that we'll have an meeting during academy and get all the forms, then they will tell us the play and audition dates.
I don't know what's going on but I just want to say, Emi, it doesn't matter how weird your school is. Mine is ten times as weird.

Good, I guess. Nothing is happening. I am so bored! I have to write a story for a personal project in school and I know what it's gonna be about but I can't bring myself to write it. Yeah, just a little status update on my boring life. Everyone else?
Pretty good... I gotta go do lit homework and do other stuff... It was a pretty boring day over all...
Today was just another Friday for me, but yesterday I almost got beat up by some Juniors because I told them to clean up a mess they made on the bus.

It's ok, Oncie! I'm only a sophomore! The juniors at my school are mean too. They made a burn book about other girls in my school. If you don't know what that is, it's from Mean Girls.

Wow... American high school is so different from Australian high school... It's very confusing to me lol especially when reading contemporary YA fiction from America
Because I've read contemporary YA fiction from America, I know more about what goes on in an American high school than an Australian one! That's why I set my novel, The Heir, in an American high school, rather than Australian. I'm hoping my knowledge on the Australian system will increase when my son is old enough to attend one.

Not hot, but it doesn't snow or anything. Well, not where I live anyway. The winter's cold to me sometimes, but if you lived in America you probably wouldn't find it cold. We're coming into spring now, so its warming up. It was really hot yesterday :/ I prefer Autumn
I coulda told you Lynne was, cause she mentioned the elections, but I didn't know about Athena. :) Haha, I'm not creepy, I just "know" someone from Australia and he had to go to elections too.
Elections are annoying there's posters of people everywhere and none of it makes sense and they try to hand you pamphlets at the station and stuff (that's especially annoying when I'm late 90% of the time) (especially as there's no point since I'm too young, or maybe they're trying to influence young people?)
I only know two people from Australia and their both cute. Guess them yet?

Yes, I'm an Australian. Where I am doesn't get too cold, even in winter. Winter's certainly over where I am now. It's about 80 degrees today. Which state are you in, Athena?
Carrie, the venomous creatures we have usually don't bother you if you don't bother them. I rarely even see any of them.

So you're just starting spring? We're at the last month of summer. 80 degree is hot? That's called a nice day around here… I'm on the cross country team so I'm well aware of the current temperatures and I would love it to be 80 right now. I can't wait until it starts cooling down so we can run and not be melting. So is weather pretty mild in Australia? Like from 30 to 80 F?Thanks for using using F btw :)
Yeah, simmers just ending for us too Ebony. We're in that in between stage where it's not yet fall but not really summer. It's nice for playing softball, but we've been getting thunderstorms almost every night. I think today it's supposed to 80 F.
I live in Midwestern 'Merica and it's supposed to be 94 today. And I'm going to a football game! It's going to be sweltering! American football that is :)
Went to my schools football game last night and we got crushed. And I lied, the high for today is supposed to be 74 F.
