When the Doctor is speaking to the audience of every creature in the Universe' spacefleet and tells them that before they come at him to think about all the times he defeated them, and then let someone else try first - is classic.
Also I like near the end of "Big Bang" the Doctor asks River if she's married and she says "are you asking?" - That whole scene is great.
