Combining editions when a book has two authors

When listing the following author,
http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...
there are a few obvious books that should be combied.
However, the 'combine edition' tool gives only the
books that wer written without a co-worker.

What to do?

'Heinrich Walter' is the primary author (listed first). You will have to click on his name and then combine from his author page.
