I probably should re-read both of those at some point Bluemoon.

I see one of the libraries in my circuit just addded the audio for Cress so I think I might get it soon :)

I just finished Out of This Place Out of This Place by Emma Cameron which I got on audio for under $3. It was pretty good. It was short though so it left me wanting more.

I love it too Darcy. I have been checking my library online 2-3 times per week for the audio and today was the first day an audiobook showed up!

I am listening to The Ghost of Raven Hill The Ghost of Raven Hill (Raven Hill Mysteries, #1) by Emily Rodda because I got the audio for super cheap and it is narrated by my "girl crush" Rebecca Macauley who narrated On the Jellicoe Road. :)

i just finished...
Sentenced to Death (A Booktown Mystery, #5) by Lorna Barrett

i really enjoy this cozy mystery series and the audio is one of the best i've listened to. just found out they don't have an audio for the last three of her books. sucks!

Ha! No, I'm with you too!

I'm now reading Grave Mercy (His Fair Assassin, #1) by Robin LaFevers , which is SO GOOD so far! I'm only 8% in but I'm really impressed with it, sort of a mix between Graceling and Throne of Glass :)

Becky (bek11) | 451 comments I'm holding off a little on The Lunar Chronicles in hopes that I'll be able to read all of them back to back. My patience for waiting for sequels to be published is not great.

David, I hope you like Grave Mercy 'cause I enjoyed it a lot. I'm working on the sequel: Dark Triumph Again, the last book isn't out yet so I'll be annoyed with waiting but at least it is due out this year.

B.B. Shepherd (bbshepherd) | 4 comments I just finished Stray (Touchstone, #1) by Andrea K. Höst which I wasn't sure about at first but ended up really liking. It's more on the sci-fi side. I'll definitely continue this series. Next up: Mockingjay (The Hunger Games, #3) by Suzanne Collins in paperback and The Moon Dwellers (The Dwellers, #1) by David Estes on Kindle. :)

The sequel is a bit darker. It follows Sybella starting near the end of Grave Mercy. The bad guy is much creepier in this one and you know who it is the whole time. It still has a good deal of suspense, though, since you keep waiting for her to get in really big trouble. At least, that's how the first third has gone so far.

David, I can just add you to the end of the lists if you want. It will take awhile for them to get around! The Out of the Easy list is going east to west, anyways, so you'd be the farthest west ;)

Kristen Taber | 506 comments If you don't mind me asking, what is this Around the World thing?

message 6637: by Heidi (new)

Heidi | 6961 comments Mod
No we don't mind Kristen!!!! I sent a message out to all members so it is for everyone no matter where you live (someone in the UK thought it discounted her but it didn't). Basically someone (Jenny in this case) sends around one of her books to whomever joins in and everyone reads it and posts comments on here and puts in a post card or token and agrees to mail it off to the next person on the list (sorry you do have to pay postage). I just sent one of my books around and got it back in about a year with a ton of goodies! It is good fun as long as everyone keeps the book going :)

message 6638: by Kristen (new)
