Stage 1 is great! best possible scenario.
Mine was stage 2 when first caught.. I don't want to think about it returning but I have a 90% chance because of where it was.
So I understand about not being able to prevent it <3

Finally finished
and I really liked it, it was a very different take on a zombie book. It felt very realistic. Now I can watch the movie!

Thanks, David, I saw your tweet! After watching the trailer and reading the book, I'm thinking there is going to be a big departure, so I probably didn't have to read the book first. But then again, I never want to read the book if I've already seen the movie. It just ruins it for me, I guess!
Alright, currently I just finished
and now I need to find the next two books in the series (thankfully I've a friend who may be able to loan them to me).Now, I'm starting
and am already 10% in on my Kindle and fighting to get through it. It just isn't grabbing me like I thought it would. Hopefully I'll be able to finish it. Do not want to have to add it to my DNF pile.

This seems to be one people loved or just thought it was ok (like me). I don't think anyone hated it though so at least it was worth the read for everyone :)
Heidi, I will read it with you in a few weeks! And speaking of Enders Game ... love that book. Heidi, have you read any of the Sequels? They are SO GOOD. You should read Speaker for the dead if you haven't.

Ok great Seth! I will add it to the upcoming buddy read thread to see if anyone wants to join us. How about the last week of Sept. or first week in Oct.?? Nope I have not read the Ender's sequels - I do remember you told me to give Speaker a try so I may do so in the future :)

I also liked Ender's Game but wasn't all gaga over it. I did listen to Ender's Shadow and really liked that one. I have Speaker of the Dead on my TBR list. I've heard mixed things about it so wasn't sure. So you recommend it, Seth?

I have to have an MRI before we can decide a plan but it looks so far as I caught it again in stage 1 (there are two tumors this time though). I am keeping positive thoughts that the mammo/ultrasound info is correct. Anywho I go on Wed. for the MRI so hope to know more by the end of the week. Thanks for asking. I inherited the stupid BRAC gene so to honest there was nothing I could have done to prevent it (trust me I tried!) :)
