Federico Peyrani | 2 comments Hello everyone,

I'm Federico from Milan, Italy.
I collect and read books on ww2 since I was young, mostly in English. My core interest is German Panzers, and Tiger tank especially.
I have a specialised military bookstore here in Milan, so I am quite updated, but I collect German out of print titles. Especially divisional and other units histories.
I am now focused in the Tunisian and Italian campaigns, as I am trying to write a book on a German tiger tank unit. Don't have very much time to socialise, but it like the right place for me!

Regards
Federico

Nissa (nevans1972) | 2 comments Hi, my name is Nissa and I love reading WW2 history (fiction or nonfiction). I'm just now finding this group and it looks pretty busy so hopefully I can get with other people on here to discuss all the many, many history books out there. I'm currently reading several WW2 books. One of them is Dadland by Keggie Carew. It is not in publication in the US right now, but I believe it is in the U.K. If you've not heard of the book yet you should check it out. Dadland

Colin Heaton (colin1962) | 2011 comments See my website www.heatonlewisbooks.com and go to the Future Books page, where I have data from my interviews with German tank crews and commanders, most of them Knight's Cross holders or higher. I was a consultant for the film Fury, and I brought Otto Carius in as an expert/

message 3276: by Larcenet (new)

Larcenet | 1 comments Hello everyone,

I'm Larcenet from Genk, Belgium.

I have an interest in the second world war since I was about six years old. Being an avid reader this naturally grew into reading a lot of books on this vast subject.
I am more critical now in what I read, after 40 + years of books you become much more impatient to badly written or poorly researched works I find and I hope to get some new ideas for books that are worth reading.

I am looking forward to meeting some people here and share some reading experiences.

Warm regards,
Larcenet
