Now I will start the next one in the FBI Profiler series, The Next Accident. I fully expect lots of twists and turns in the plot of this one. Lisa Gardner is excellent at the mystery thing!

How did you like it Linda?

Don't you just love having to make these tough decisions? What are your choices?

Dottie...I do love making those choices! My choices are Detective Inspector Huss by Helene Tursten, Stolen Souls by Stuart Neville, The Secret Keeper by Kate Morton, and The Moon Tunnel by Jim Kelly. See my dilemma!

Just started reading Snowbound by Blake Crouch.

fyi- her new book is out and i believe it features the psychiatrist from still missing as the lead character

I LOVED Never Knowing and yes, if you can stand the ick factor, I recommend Still MIssing. Stevens totally understands how to write strong female leads that don't have to be rescued by someone other than themselves.
I am looking forward to her new book -- esp. now that you've told me that it is that psychiatrist. How clever!

I agree with this!! I didn't know if I'd be able to stand it but I pushed through and was glad I did! Can't wait to read her other 2 books!! Never Knowing is next on my list to read! What is the name of the new one out?

I just finished Connelly's The Drop and posted a review a day or two ago.

I did exactly the same thing. I had to push myself to get through the difficult part. New one, not yet out, is ALWAYS WATCHING. There's a giveaway you can enter here on Goodreads. Good luck, except I want to win it.

ready player one is a great book- highly recommend it for anyone who loved the 1980's

As much as I enjoy Nesbo's Harry Hole series, I'm going to change things up with my next book.

I read this not too long ago and really enjoyed it. Liked her prose style and her use of POV. I'll leave it at that, hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

(Is leaving the bookcover obnoxious? I like a clickable link when I read comments, not sure if I'm alone on that :)

I was thoroughly enjoying the book until I realised I hadn't turned highlights off on my kindle and some bright spark has highlighted the murderers name....ruined all suspense for me...but I guess lesson learned :(

Hi Melissa. I like the covers too but sometimes if you are looking at Goodreads on the mobile app they don't show up well. Depends on the device, I think. That's why you'll see some people use both the cover and the plain link.

I would rather the book covers because I like to see what the covers look like. However, it wasn't until people pointed out the fact that you couldn't see them on the mobile app and they don't tell you who the author was that I started using both! :-)

Oh wow, that stinks! Why would you use the highlight function for that?

I'm reading Snowbound by Blake Crouch right now. Great read.

Thanks for choosing Doha 12! I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
Think you might be able to post a rating or review when you finish?

Now starting on Sweet Tooth by Ian McEwan.
