Joanne | 19 comments I just finished reading Fatal Decree A Matt Royal Mystery by H Terrell Griffin and it was fabulous! Now I'll have to get all the other Matt Royal mysteries! I loved the writing style and the dialogue between the characters and all the plot twists and turns!

I also just finished listening to White Heat by M.J. McGrath , another fabulous book! Never a dull moment in this one either, which is especially important when listening because you can't skim pages!

Just started reading Snow White Must Die by Nele Neuhaus and listening to The Dead Shall Not Rest (Dr. Thomas Silkstone, #2) by Tessa Harris .

Dorie (dorieann) | 464 comments I've just started The Hard Bounce by Todd Robinson by Todd Robinson. I'd not even heard of the author before, but I started to read the sample of this book and just couldn't stop so I bought it and kept reading. One of those books that just really grabs you from the start.

I want to add that this book is lendable on Kindle, so PM me if you are interested in borrowing.

Tay, I plan on reading Suspect by Robert Crais this weekend. I won a hard copy of the book from the publisher....I never win anything so that just made my day. This will be the first hard cover book I have read in several years. Almost everything I read is an e-book but hey this was free so no complaints.

Sean Peters | 155 comments Hi

Just finished yesterday the book "Kill Me If You Can", read this in three days. A record for me, but this book, a first read of a James Patterson novel for me, was so fast paced with incredible twists and turns and great characters.

Highly recommended, very highly.

regards

Seam

Kelly - I just finished listening to Broken Harbor and I loved it! I read her other books in print but I really enjoyed listening to the book as I am a sucker for an Irish accent. I thought the story was compelling and character development (which is a biggie for me) was well done. What did you think?

I enjoyed Hollywood Station but decided I did not want to read the series back to back. Reviews for this one seem to indicate that it will not be as good as Hollywood Station. I will see.

I have fallen in love with Tana French's books!! My first was Broken Harbor, which I thought was really good. I then read In the Woods and just finished The Likeness, both of which are also excellent. Don't know if I should take a quick break and read a quick book or jump into the next one. They are not quick one day reads for me, usually takes more, but they do consume me once I get going. What a hard decision - love these tough choices!

Thanks Dottie! So far I am enjoying the book and I love the sense of humor injected into the story. I have the audio version and it is over 19 hours long so it is taking me a while to get through it. I mostly listen on my commute to and from work.
