More like people ask questions and Ilona would say that is book 6 or book 7.Then some speculation about book 5.
I can't wait until book 5! I can't believe I have to wait yet another year! They need to write faster!
I wonder if she will finish up at 7 or do a few more. I want her to do more, but at the same time I don't want the series to drag. I think the series at the moment has a good pace, you learn something new in each book and you can see the story moving forward, I would prefer it if she finished it leaving me wanting more rather then her dragging it on for as long as possible.I really like her On the Edge I am hoping there will be a series in that world
Wow, took the words right out of my mouth, Suzanne! I've read series that drag about into the third book, but so far KD hasn't. I'm hopeful. I think five books would be perfect. I'm not sure I can wait three or four years and get a book a year. I'd probably lose interest from time to time, but maybe that's just me.On the Edge was pretty cool. The characters kinda reminded me of KD, though. Can't wait for Bayou Moon. ^^

I hate waiting aswell! I think if she is signed for 7 she will probably do 7. I can't really see that they would need more then that. I mean as soon as Kate kills her father then the series can end. I have Bayou Moon on preorder I can't wait for it to come out, William was one of my favourite characters in On The Edge. Also the world she created was good and I can't wait to see more of that

I am glad that it is doing so well.
The crazy thing was that it made the NYT list a week before it was officially released as because of the soft release date it was readily available at several online and in-store retailers.

I think the next Kate Daniels book will be out in a bot a year. However her next Edge book Bayou Moon is out in Sept this year. If you haven't read the 1st one On the Edge you should give it a go it is really good

March 2011, that's not too bad. You shoud definately pick up "On The Edge" Andrea it is really good, it is more like a PNR then UF as there is a HEA, which when I first read it I didn't realize, I thought it was going to be a series about Declan and Rose. But I am glad as we can now read about the lovely tortured William : )

I have read Silent Blade I quite liked it, not as much as Kate Daniels or On The Edge though. It is scifi and the world she set up in it is very intriguing hopefully she will write more on it in the future. So I would recommend reading it, it is short but good.

Oh man yesterday I saw Gordon had posted the firs two chapters from Kate 5. I of course was debating to read not to read...well I went back today and it is down. UGG oh man I hate when I miss out. Next time I will read it the same day
Oh wow, I'm glad I read the chapters when I did - I'm surprised they took them down. I can't think of what would have been too revealing.Loved the latest snippet though! I want to know more about Ascanio, isn't he the one that they hinted at in the chat that sees Julie for what she is, rather than simply Kate's niece, as Derek does?
They're always getting into trouble with their editor for posting snippets. And yet, they keep doing it. Love them. I just wish I was quicker to click on those links!
So this series is worth reading? I'm still on the fence.
